Born and raised in South Florida, The Made and The Born deliver pop music inspired by the rich and colorful culture of their Miami roots. Comprised of Julio Berrones III and Joseph Lamberson, the duo met in college and quickly developed a musical bond before forming and settling in Nashville last year.
In 2018, The Made and The Born shared their latest single "Learn To Love Again" — an electro-pop anthem that burns bright and shoots for the stars. Premiered via Paste Magazine, the track lends production credits to Jordan Phillips and Adam Stark of Apollo LTD.
"It really relates to anyone who has ever had a friendship, relationship, or connection that just couldn’t make it", says Berrones III on the single. "Maybe it was because we were too young and immature to realize we needed to let go of some pride, or maybe just fear held us back from making it work. Obviously, life goes on and you find something/someone else but it’s still hard sometimes cause you think, 'what might have been'."
