Set sail with "Boats", the breezy new single from folk-rockers Pony League — premiering today on All Things Go.

"Boats" is the third single from the band's sophomore album, A Picture Of Your Family, out March 23rd via Bear Kids Recordings. Circle back to experience Pony League's previous two singles, premiered last month on Substream Magazine and AXS respectively.
The Atlanta outfit's upcoming album distills real-life moments into shimmering compositions stacked with a lush blend of piano and guitars, a skill they have put on display across the country. Says lead guitarist Charlie Mills, "The album is an exploration of human perseverance in the face of such obstacles as extreme pressure, anxiety and depression." Notable performances include a concert from 35,000 feet with Southwest Airlines and opening for The Fray at Red Rocks Amphitheater.

Though Billboard says their "warm, retro-acoustic sound feels more like California than Georgia", Pony League draws a wealth of inspiration from their home state — a fitting description for a project that’s been likened to Jackson Browne and Dawes. The 11 tracks on the forthcoming album, A Picture Of Your Family, showcase a tightly knit group of friends and musicians who have steadily evolved since their 2014 debut.

”We’re an Americana band," continues Mills. "Our songs are reflections of our surroundings and experiences."

Watch Pony League take flight for the Southwest Airlines: Destination Series.
